Term of Service

This Service Term governs all transaction-based services provided by bombomna.com to registered and guest purchasers, covering order fulfillment, logistics coordination, after-sales service matching, and customer support obligations between our brand and consumers.

  1. All merchandise listed on bombomna.com is for personal non-commercial end-user consumption only. Resale, bulk wholesale purchase without prior written brand authorization violates this service term.
  2. We reserve the right to adjust product pricing, promotional activity rules, and inventory quantity without advance notice; confirmed paid orders will not be subject to post-purchase price modification.
  3. Our service obligation commences upon successful order payment and terminates once the parcel is marked as fully delivered by the local courier. Supplementary after-sales service (return, exchange, defect remedy) will operate under our separate Return Policy.
  4. We may temporarily suspend partial site functions for platform maintenance, system upgrades or security optimization. We will post advance maintenance notifications on the homepage when feasible, and will not be liable for minor order processing delays caused by scheduled maintenance.
  5. Any fraudulent payment, fake identity information submission, or malicious order cancellation behavior will result in permanent restriction of your access to our order service channel.
