Shipping Policy

All orders undergo manual product inspection, packaging and logistics arrangement within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders submitted on weekends or official holidays will enter processing queue on the next working day.

Our global standard shipping service requires a transit period of 10–20 calendar days from the date your parcel departs our warehouse. The exact delivery timeline may fluctuate slightly due to regional customs clearance efficiency, local postal peak seasons, remote area logistics delays, or uncontrollable natural weather events. We do not offer expedited express shipping at present.

Flat-rate shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery country and total item weight. Once your shipment is dispatched, a unique tracking number will be sent to your registered email, allowing you to monitor real-time transit status on our site’s tracking page.

We are unable to deliver to military restricted zones, PO box addresses, and certain high-risk remote territories. Customers must provide complete, accurate residential or commercial delivery addresses; incomplete address information leading to delivery failure will incur secondary reshipping fees borne by the buyer.

Any local import tax, customs clearance fee or brokerage charge levied by your national customs authority is the sole responsibility of the recipient. bombomna.com cannot pre-pay or reimburse these additional charges.
